To Whom this may Concern, Talk about unprofessional conduct in the healthcare system. The receptionists at this clinic, “Amber & Ruby” were talking badly about me when I couldn’t hear them. The first time when I called to ask about the appointment I made, they said “yeah they could do it” and were talking and laughing like they have before when I’ve gone, (on the phone), for urgent sickness care. They had NOBODY in line when I walked in for my SCHEDULED 5 PM appointment. They were talking about pizza, chips, food places and I could hear them whispering to the other nurses about taking me back to get labs done. They then chatted with the blood lab gentleman and he brought me back and he apologized for such a long wait. So, I ask him: “Before I get my labs done, am I going to be evaluated

I arrived with stolen itchy eyes an d a rash on my face. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The nurse put me in a treatment room, took my vital info, Made sure I was comfortable. As the nurse left the room . Less than 3 minutes later a doctor came in. The doctor was quick to ask questions about the rash and swelling.. the doctor was quick, very kind and caring. The doctor made sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan and answered all my questions This urgent care visit was kind quick. This the care I want when I need yo been seen and I can not get into my reglsr Doctor. This is a great Urgent Care place to get great care.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at urgent care recently, largely because of the doctor who saw me. From the moment he walked in, he was rude, dismissive, and condescending. He spoke to me in a way that felt belittling, as if my concerns were a nuisance rather than legitimate health issues. Instead of listening or asking thoughtful questions, he seemed irritated that I was even there. His tone and body language made it clear he was annoyed, and I left feeling completely unheard and unwelcome. When you go to urgent care, you’re often already stressed or not feeling well and the last thing you need is a provider who makes you feel small or burdensome. This was, without question, the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Patients deserve compassion, respect, and basic professio

My daughter made an appointment at this Urgent care because her doctor had told her to go to an urgent care and be seen by a doctor and also wanted some lab work done. The appointment was for 5pm, and from the moment she arrived, it was nothing but rudeness, from a Barb and Amber the receptionists. She is dealing with a traumatic brain injury and was just supposed to get seen by a doctor and blood test’s done. Everything is in her My Chart, but it seemed to be a big issue. She had called before making the appointment to make sure she could get these things done there, because she lives in Cheney area, complete opposite side of town. They told her yes, they could, but when she showed up, they rudely told her No, they don’t do this there, and should go to the ER?!? I even called and spoke to

Will NEVER go here again took my younger daughter in she was sent to Er come to dons out was the flu got home A different daughter had the same symptoms so took her in thinking would be quick. No was 7:30 the check in person said I have to get a nurse see if they want to see you as we close at 7:30 he said . The nurse came out I wish I knew or got her name because she said exactly nope sorry we won’t see you if you don’t think your dying you can come back in the morning. Your values definitely not Compassion, Dignity, Justice, Excellence, Integrity. Very disappointed on how they treated us if that was their family I’m sure they wouldn’t have talked that way.
