Providence Urgent Care - San Pedro

Very friendly and courteous staff, from check-in , Vitals to the Dr himself. Everyone was understanding and knowledgeable. The labs were done quickly, and the meds ordered. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Been going there since it was built. Convenient location and nice staff. Dr Botros (i think his name is) actually helped me with finding out about a skin cancer issue when I had gone for a sinus infection! That was years ago when we used to have to wait up to 2 hours because it was always so crowded. Now it seems a lot more organized, quicker and still the doctors are always respectful, nice, listen, ask a lot of questions and are helpful. Go there for xrays too since my doctor is upstairs and the technician was always pleasant too. Taking my son there today for the first time as an adult. Let's see how it goes for him :)

Everyone was very nice, they only have one doctor and he is just running from room to room terribly inefficient. Eventually doctor saw me after an hour and a half which isn’t super bad. The antibiotics he gave me were extremely strong made for people that have high tolerances to antibiotics, which I have only taken antibiotics once which made no sense to give me. The antibiotics then caused me to throw up have diarrhea and constant nausea couldn’t eat all day. I had to call them and a different doctor called me back after a couple hours and prescribed me a less potent antibiotic. I want to let you guys know they really don’t care about you and want you in and out as fast as possible.

The front desk clerks were very professional. Chris and whoever iwas working back there All they did was gossip lock us up in the room it was hot My mother wasn't feeling good we got there noonish Her oxygen was llow .. waiting for breathing treatment and never came back to the room hours went by. I asked please give her a covid test strep hroat test He didn't take her blood he didn't take urine She had a cough hard of breathing finally I said Can somebody give her breathing treatment my goodness didn't leave till about 4:30 in the afternoon It was crazy hectic The doctor kept coming back and forth and I said we need to know what she has what's wrong He did x-rays cuz he was worried about her lungs if they had fluid or hot in that room like a sardine There's always one doctor they jthey

I feel that they listen to me. I know that once I go there I will be on the road to recovering. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and checked in. I was sent to a examination room and quickly met with the doctor. He asked me questions qnd gave me an examination and explained fully what I needed to do with my medication. I will always return there.
