Providence Urgent Care - Hawthorne

The staff was friendly and they weren’t too busy and able to see me within 15 min of arrival. I felt I was properly educated on my issue and prescribed medication to meet my needs. The doctor was friendly and made me feel he cared about me as a person.

We had a great experience at Providence Urgent Care. The doctor was very professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made us feel calm and confident. The doctor’s assistant and the entire staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were accepted quickly and did not have a long wait. I, my family, my clients, my community have all fell in love with the care here. Always get the best care here. They are very thorough. Broke my toe I was a lil personally rushed but they had me stay to make sure I had exactly what needed including possible future care if after 4 weeks toes not healed. But NO other doctor nore clinic takes this level of care. This place is at a high quality standard of care and humanity. Some of spokanes best!

Great experience. Very short wait time. Danielle was my MA. Bob was the doctor. They took good care of me, explained what they were doing, and got me on my way. If I need urgent care in the future, I’m sure I will go there.

Excellent staff, prompt, and the real deal. We all know the hassle of the long wait lines in today’s medical setting, but the staff at Hawthorne Providence made the process smooth and seamless. And I was in and out of there in not much time at all. I’ll definitely continue to go to them for my medical needs. Thank you!
