Providence St. Luke’s Pediatrics Outpatient Therapy

My child was in a school lockdown for 2 hours yesterday because of a shooting by her school. I got the wrong information from google about bus arrival times and we were 8 minutes late for my daughters therapy appointment. One hour on the bus with a child that desperately needed to speak with her doctor about trauma. They said they didn’t have enough time to see her because we were 1 minute passed time the last time. I even called and told them I was stuck on the bus and they said nothing to me about not being able to do the appointment. She’s a child, she’s not a profit center. She needed 15 minutes to talk to someone about being in a shooting at her school. Bravo, excellent therapy.
