Customer Reviews
Let me preface this review by saying I have always had good care by this facility until recently. I underwent a cardiac catheterization last spring for several problems including a poor stress test. They did not find a blockage, but there were several other issues that needed to be addressed. The doctor who did my catheterization and the electrophysiologist both recommended I see my cardiologist within a few months. That was well over six months ago. I called to make the appointment, and was told I would be on a call list for the appointment. That was back in June or July. They knew I was supposed to be seen in November. I had not heard from them and was experiencing some additional issues, so I called to see where things stood with the appointment. They then told me that I would not be ab
I was referred to this cardiology office after experiencing multiple heart-related issues over the summer, including diagnosed Nonrheumatic mitral valve regurgitation and frequent PVCs. It took a long time just to get an initial appointment, and unfortunately, the care since then has been extremely disappointing. Despite ongoing and worsening symptoms such as constant fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pressure, constant on and off palpitations, and difficulty lying flat, I have repeatedly been dismissed. My concerns have been downplayed, and instead of being reevaluated by a provider, I was told via chart message to try magnesium again (which I had already reported made my symptoms worse after i was told to do this at my first appointment) and then asked to choose between prescription h
Update: Mon 02/2 - it took me waiting on hold for 40 minutes to finally get through to the scheduler. I tried multiple times last week but had to hang up while holding due to work responsibilities. No way to ask them to call me, no way to email them. Sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to schedule an appointment and had to give up. Instead of calling me to schedule it then sent me a text telling me to call them. I cant sit on hold for 20+ minutes during my work shift to try to speak to someone to schedule the appointment. Their office hours are during my work shift. And there is no way to send an email asking them to call me and my appointment cant be scheduled online. Maybe hire more staff for scheduling?
This is specifically for the check in staff. Sharon was so kind and her laughter lightens the load of waiting for a stress test. So grateful for happy people greeting me.
I came here for a follow up on a heart procedure that I had at sacred heart medical center the week before. I was greeted quickly and asked to fill out paperwork . The staff was courteous and asked me to sit down and I would be seen shortly. They were true to their word. I was called in about three minutes. My vitals were taken and recorded and the doctor was in the room within 5 minutes. He treated me as if I was his only patient for the day. He answered every question and asked if I had additional concerns. You could not ask for better care. Thank you doctor Appel and your entire staff. Wish I could give you 10 stars. Thank you for having the huge American flag in your lobby area.
