Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital

My checking and test was fast. Was sent here from Eureka for diagnostic imaging because they had the first available appointment (a month later) given that the schedule out past two weeks was not available in Eureka. Arrived on time to one space left in the lot closest to the main entrance and was given a number which was called within a minute. I was sent to desk 3 to check in but since I did that online, it only took a minute to confirm my identity and status, so I was sent to the waiting corner. My name was called within a minute and guided to an exam room for the imaging. Everyone was nice to me. Afterward I had lunch at the little cafe where I ate chicken teriyaki with chow mien, rice and pot stickers which was very good for ten bucks. No waiting for how fresh food

My great gram was hospitalized for a couple of weeks at this hospital. I can’t say enough good things. The nurses in the ICU and in med surg really care so much about their patients. Nick the social worker has been amazing too. Dr. Siddiqi and the staff at this hospital gave my gram more time with us down here and an amazing start to her recover—my family I are forever grateful.

If I could give them no stars I would they’re just plain out rude I went to the ER tonight with my friend and she has a serious infection in her foot and all we wanted was to get her antibiotics refilled and the doctors and the nurse were too intellectual to do anything and I’ve been previously in this hospital myself and they were not very professional like always they’re rude and disrespectful. Don’t wanna help anybody wanna make people wait for hours and act like their job is hard. Don’t know what they’re doing and I’m very unhappy and will be making a grievance form they almost killed two of my family members, and I’m worried for the rest of this community. Thanks a lot Redwood memorial hospital for nothing.

I was scheduled for an echocardiogram at 10 am. I got a call at 7 am to let me know that the technician who does the scans had called in sick. I am SUPER impressed that I would get a call that early to save me a wasted trip. I like an hours drive away on a two lane mountain road and if I had not been informed I would have wasted half the day. THANK YOU!!

Went in with a hypertension crisis and was told to wait in the waiting area. I guess 191/98 with a headache and dizziness doesn't qualify at RMH as an emergency. We left after sitting for a while. If I die at home, I guess I die at home.
