Please continue reading if you care about your pets well-being. I am not being unfair or exaggerating any statements. While you may have had a positive experience with this clinic I cannot say the same. Put yourself in my shoes for a moment, I have called 3 times over a full week, & still do not have as much as an appointment scheduled. My first call, Febuary 21: I call to make an appointment, I am told I need to first make an account. Okay.. that can be my fault, a bit inconvenient that you cannot take the basic info during the call. But what do I know about running a vet clinic? I took fault & remained patient.
