Providence Park Rehabilitation And Skilled Nursing

I loved the way they took care of my mom, made her and myself feel very comfortable and welcome there. They listened to all our needs and ver patient with her. The CNA’s , ( can’t remember all their names)charge nurse( Miss Kelly), med aids, my cousin ( Joni) my niece ( Ebony) were wonderful with my mom. The others patients that were there were marvelous.. This place felt like a home with friends and family all living together.. Yes, this place is very blessed.. Thank you ALL for everything.

My mother was in rehab at Providence Park for 3 weeks. The facility is kept clean and nicely decorated through the holidays. The Admins, nursing staff, receptionists, therapists, transportation drivers and cleaning staff were great. The aides were not as attentive as I would have liked. One aide, Micah stood out, she was amazing! Overall, my mom's visit there was positive.

Although no one really wants to be in a nursing facility, things happen. Choosing Providence Park was the best decision I’ve made during this whole process. As a nursing home administrator, I never thought I’d end up as a patient. I was treated with respect, dignity, and the best of care. JOHN and his team are top-notch. A big shout out to Ronnie, Sunni, Stephanie and all the caregivers on 600 Hall. A big thank you to the dietary staff who truly treated me like a VIP. Although I hope to never need a SNF stay again, if I do, it will be here.

My stay at Providence Park Rehabilitation has been an overall good experience. I have met so many kind and caring individuals from the CNA's, MA's, RN's, LVN's, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, therapy staff and many others.I would like to comment on CNA(Shanitha) who is so kind, sweet, and caring. She is very professional and goes above and beyond her duties. Many thanks to Nurse Stephanie and Nurse Sunni for their promptness and professionalism that involved an emergency situation that sent me to the ER. Thank you ladies for your excellent nursing care. I came here before and after my complete right hip replacement surgery. The facility is well kept and has efficient nursing and staffing. Admission was not complicated and went smoothly. They will work with your insurance during this process. They communicated with my surgeon during this stay as well. The rehab area has plenty of room to accommodate multiple patients and adequate and updated equipment for the patients to use. They will also arrange to take patients to and from the hospital, Dr. appointments, or other related services. I would recommend Providence Park to anyone looking for assisted living or a skilled nursing facility.
