Dr Parks and Lacey Watson, FNP are incredible. I wouldn’t trust my children getting pediatric care anywhere else in our area than here. Scheduling is always easy with last minute availability in the schedule if needed. Their nursing staff is also exceptional (shout out Amy and Rhiannon!!).

Dr Parks has been seeing both my children since they were born. He has gone above and beyond for us in very challenging times. Nurse Amy is also an exceptional provider and is very responsive whenever we message thru mychart. We are so thankful for the attention and care our children receive at Providence Pediatrics.

Stay away from Dr. Parks. He will not listen to your concerns and thinks putting a 3 year old on antibiotics for 2 months straight is a better answer than sending the patient to an ENT for a reoccurring ear infection (go8ng on 3 months). The other doctor hasn't been much better, as she missed the ear infection all together. We will be taking our children elsewhere as soon as possible. Additionally, he will interrogate you, treating you as if he does not trust your memory and account of things. I'd sooner go to urgent care or open door for anything pediatric. Just trying to save your time.

i AM DISGUSTED AT HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET TO A LIVE PERSON! I waited over 20 minutes to talk to someone after pressing 1 for an appointment. I called on my office phone and my cell phone with no one answering. very disappointed in the care they provide not only to parents, but to vendors aa well. they clearly dont care about their patients.

Trying to schedule an appointment with this pediatrician is beyond laughable. Get it together, children could literally manage your calendar better than whatever you call what you’re doing. Stay away unless you like being cancelled on constantly!!!
