I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. They are incredibly efficient, consistently organized and on top of my prescriptions. My medications are extremely expensive, and the staff has gone above and beyond to help me find the lowest possible price, taking the time to work through insurance and savings options along with genuine care. Every interaction is warm and personal — they make me feel supported and not rushed. Because of the trust and confidence I have in this team, I referred a friend who was having a terrible time at a nearby pharmacy, and she transferred all of her medications here as well. Open Door Pharmacy is my preferred pharmacy in Humboldt bar none. Their service is excellent and they have a great customer experience that makes me feel comfortable and confident. The best part of living in a small town is that you feel safe and secure and Open Door Pharmacy will always provide you with that experience.

We all know good customer service is the best thing we have out in the world to make our experiences (albeit dining, shopping or whatever) memorable. And we are thankful for these wonderful people. I love this pharmacy. They are always working with me to keep the costs of my medication affordable in times where nothing is affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful and I'm always in and out in a timely manner.

They are helpful. Front staff is great. Pharmacists are also helpful, and they make difficult experiences easier. I've had chronic illness for years, and they are one of the most compassionate and professional Pharmacy I've dealt with.
