Providence Immediate Care - Gateway

After taking someone else there for a broken toe recently, I had an issue and decided to go to Providence Immediate Care Gateway myself. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. All their staff are excellent, caring and very efficient. I arrived @ 9am, there was no line, I barely sat down and my name was called. They explained my situation and condition in layman's terms and I left the office feeling a bit more confident then before I arrived. Obviously everyone's experience will be different, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when I have the need.

My visit to Gateway urgent care was just fine. My wait time was under the 2 hour mark they predicted. Matter off fact I was done and leaving at the 2 hour mark. Everyone I with from check in to Dr, were very nice and professional.My choice in Urgent Care. I'm so appreciative of everyone's hard work and dedication to their chosen profession, especially in these trying times we're living in , it can be hard to stay focused on the job at hand while possibly dealing with your own problems. Thank you for your continued service.

This was my very first time visiting Providence Immediate Care - Gateway. The reception was warm and it didn't take too long before I was able to see the doctor who was kind and asked questions to investigate why I was seeking help. I did some tests and those too were done promptly. The results were not conclusive but overall had a pleasant experience. Thanks for the attention I would recommend this place anytime

I have been right to this clinic.Many times over the years, and every single time they have been wonderful. They're caring, nonjudgmental and pretty darn quick as well. I have never waited very long. They asked lots of questions. Listen to my answers. Look at my chart closely. Ask me about my last visit.And if everything came out okay. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. They are all just plain awesome!!!!

I have been using the Gateway Immediate Care for over twenty years. I have always been treated wi to respect and gotten the best care. Gateway Immediate Care helped find my daughter’s heart condition. Her PCP said she had asthma, IC saw her in distress and sent her to Randall Children’s. If not for them I don’t know if we would have ever gotten a correct diagnosis. I highly recommend the providers at Gateway.
