Providence ExpressCare - Urgent Care In Brooks and Reserve

Allowed me @ 6am to book an 8am appointment to be seen. Showed up at 7:55am to find a note taped to the door.. “Closed Sorry for the inconvenience”… then had to drive all the way up to Prov Grant Creek Urgent care to find 11 people ahead of me. Thanks for wasting our time, DELAYING our care, and keeping the Missoula status-quo (we’re open whenever we feel like being open) alive. That’s sarcasm. How about blocking the online scheduling as they clearly knew in advance yesterday no one would be there (to put the note on the door)? Unprofessional amateur hour. Update! As I’m waiting at Grant Creek I get a text @8:51am saying I need to check in at ExpressCare lol… see what I mean?

I thought she was careful and offered me the Covid test. Because of my age I was hoping she would have suggested an antibiotic, so we could prevent a secondary infection. But she explained that they don’t recommend an antibiotic for what she thinks is just a cold. My colds usually turn into pneumonia. I guess I wait ad see! My appointment was good and I thought she was very professional.

Excellent and speedy care provided. Staff were courteous and attentive. Clinic was immaculate. It was a little difficult to find as the building sign was loose and flapping with the wind. After my visit, I went to the pharmacy but they didn't carry the prescribed medication. The pharmacy was able to speak with Lindsey, the nurse practitioner, right away to get a comparable medication ordered. I highly recommend the ExpressCare. Thanks!

Poor services. It was a nightmare trying to deal with this place. They gave me incorrect paperwork multiple times. So I had to drive all over town with an injured neck to run paperwork around that wasn’t even correct. They actually FORGOT I was in their waiting room at one point and I waited over an hour and a half for a replacement of said paperwork. Now I’m getting bills that should have gone to workman’s comp and they lost all of my info in regards to the claim! Unreal how bad this experience was. If there was a zero star rating they would have earned it.

Was able to make an appt, be examined right away...every step was flawless and i was well informed and instructed.
