Providence ExpressCare - Urgent Care In Airway Heights

My wife and I both worked in and around the medical field for over 40 years.. I never saw a more uncaring, unprofessional Urgent care in my entire life... Been reading the comments.. . either extremely good or extremely bad..what does that tell you? A serious staffing problem. The manager of this clinic needs to be Replaced. You are told to make comments about your care and yet they never change.. I don't even think they look at the comments. I would never recommend anyone going here.. it is a waste of time. Go to multi care next Dr. Also the Prov. UC in Spk. off 90/Division is much better.

$300 for 15-20min conversation? I was feeling super sick and this place can't check anything. Why not let people know that before hand? I then get told "What do you want me to do about it" by the doctor.. why is this place even here? Why is it so expensive when nothing can be checked or done? Why have a scheduled time for appointment when you are on lunch? Why did it feel so rushed when no one else was there?

Everyone I have seen here has actually listened to my concerns and made me feel like my health is important to them. Most other places, I have just been dismissed because I "look" fine. Providence Express Care in Airway Heights will always be my go-to, and I appreciate everyone there tremendously.

This clinic has wonderful caring Dr's and nurses. They treat you with such respect and kindness. I highly recommend providence urgent care in Airway Heights if you need to see a Dr.

Scheduled an online appointment and arrived on time with no waiting. Treated with great care and given the diagnosis. Super fast and on my way home to recover from sickness.
