Providence ExpressCare - Ruby Urgent Care

Rediculas. I tested positive for COVID. A prescription was called in. Pharmacy didn't carry. Went back in , doctor gave me a hand written prescription. Took to my local Walmart. After waiting 30 minutes I was told the doctor didn't sign it. They couldn't fill it. They made a ergent call to doctor office. 4 hours later still haven't heard back from doctors office. I called myself. And was told nothing they could but send a message to a provider. Big help. NOT. Still have to prescription for my COVID. How can a doctor not sign it. Smh.

The front desk staff were unprofessional (laughed at me having a anxiety attack)to the extent we left and saught medical care elsewhere. It's also extremely dirty and didn't smell clean for a hospital standard or urgent care. The front desk staff was more worried about her pregnancy and her health than the patient at the urgent care for treatment for infunza A (maybe going on leave until your baby is born? If your that concerned you had PPE on). Save you time and energy and go to a better clinic. I was not judged at the Hawthorne location. They treated us there with respect and dignity. That didn't happen at the Ruby location. I would love to speak more about my experience and how I was treatedat the Rudy location and there lack of empathy towards documented disabilities and what triggers

I went in the evening before Thanksgiving, it was very efficient! (Hence, the express) they were able to get me in, the medical assistant (Shantel, pardon my spellling) was awesome, multitasking with front counter duties. The PA was very nice and knowledgeable, he offered me advice and recommendations regarding my issue. Very personable experience.

Was taken in at my scheduled exam time, Dr Ann was very accommodating (was being treated for migraine) and super kind! Got me in and out in about +/- 30 minutes! Only thing is, i wish there were walk ins.

Jessica was warm and welcoming. So good. Shira is gentle and very good at explaining the process and what she believes and gives other choices. She really makes you feel like you make the decision with her about your health care. Makes sure you understand how to get better and what to watch for as you improve.
