What a calm, soothing, comforting Hospital! It is so stressful sometimes to go in for different procedures. On my two most recent occasions they were at the new hospital, and it was a mammogram and an MRI. Maybe it's just me but a mammogram is always really stressful. I was so comfortable in this appointment I'm pretty sure I was over-sharing😅. Afterwards she showed me my scan and answered all my questions 🙏. Thank you! My MRI was great. I walked back with a feller who had crocs on so I immediately had something to talk about LOL. As a lady I usually feel less comfortable with a feller but not at all here, he was kind and made me feel perfectly at ease. Not only did Dr. Brian Sollers save my life, the nurses at this facility are just amazing and saved me as well, from making a very traumatic experience, not that traumatic with amazing care. As I was wheel chaired into surgery, They held my hands and cried with me, that was Almost 2 years ago when I had my ectopic pregnancy. I came back today because I am pregnant again but was having major issues. I came in at 6am, waited for 3 minutes before getting called back. They made sure I was comfortable and okay, and told me everything they were going to do with/to me before doing it. After my visit, they explained to me the next time they want to see me, what was going on, and showed how much they care about my well being. Dr. Ashlea McManus performed hernia surgery on me on October 24. As an amputee, and having had multiple surgeries throughout my life -- the last few being in the Tri-Cities -- I think I am qualified to gauge what is or is not a positive surgical experience ... this one was most positive. From the moment my wife, son, and I stepped through the front door, we were met with smiling faces and this carried throughout the entire visit. My son commented, "This must be a happy place to work." I left the hospital in no pain (!) and have experienced very little since then. I had a procedure done by Dr. Brandabur yesterday. What was supposed to be a same day surgery, turned into an over night stay in the hospital. I felt that Dr. B really cared about my safety and well being. I had the best care team. From the people in the OR to the hospital staff who helped me through the night. Joe and mason who were nurses on the floor of the same day surgery/OR. And Jen and another nurse who cared for me over night and during the day. Brant the anesthesiologist! Doctor Sam Strebel recently did my knee surgery, he gave me all of the information I needed, he's 100% accurate and is straightforward. He did an amazing job on my knee, it's been 3 weeks after the surgery and I am recovering tremendously well. I highly recommend him, very professional.
