Elfers-Lyon Pharmacy

It would be nice if they staggered their lunch breaks so people have access to pick up their meds during 1pm-2pm. Also if delivery service was offered and open Saturdays for a short time. Other than that, it is a nice atmosphere and very helpful.

Personally, my experience over the years picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy has been nothing but wonderful. The staff have all been kind to me and informative. I really enjoy getting to look around at all the items they sell around the store, too. I never have had any issues picking up my prescriptions or making purchases at the checkout. I highly recommend others to check out the store attached to the pharmacy and for Prosser locals to pick up their medicine here.

This pharmacy is how you wish a pharmacy would be. Smart, compassionate, and excellent. The pharmacist actually does a consult with every single patient who accepts one - in a relaxed side room - even the toys they have for sale for kids - are thinking type quality toys. I just love this place.

After putting up with the extremely rude lady that checks you out (Joyce) I am finally done with this pharmacy. Not to mention the line building up every day thanks to the non stop social hour at the check out.last time I called to check my prescriptions Joyce wouldn't stop cutting me off then she hung up on me mid sentence and transferred me to the pharmacist. If it's soo hard and troubling for you to do your job perhaps you should find one where you get payed to gossip and chit chat with the other old ladies all day. I wish zero stars was an option.

I have had multiple interesting situations occur at this pharmacy. I wont go into much detail however after I left my first review, and tried to refill my prescription the pharmacist basically told me I need to go to another pharmacy because he ‘saw my review.’ I was hoping the next experience was going to be better so I could edit my review for the better, however being disrespected to such an extent is frustrating.
