Caution Advised — Misleading and Unethical Practices Our experience with Prosper Kids’ Dentists & Orthodontics was extremely disappointing. We were told all services, including orthodontics and x-rays, were handled in-house. After paying, we discovered the orthodontist was actually a contracted provider who couldn’t answer basic questions about procedures. They later said we needed another x-ray costing an additional $300, even though we had already completed x-rays. When we chose to cancel, they verbally confirmed that we would receive a refund. We even confirmed that their calls are recorded — which they acknowledged. However, when we followed up by email, they stated that “just because someone said you’d get a refund doesn’t mean we have to give one.” This was shocking and completel

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Malika and Genesis! Genesis took the time to explain to my nosey 6 year old exactly what she was doing and that helped her feel at ease. We will definitely be back! My daughter even requested a photo she loved them so much

Had a wonderful visit today with Dr Mann and his assistant! My son (5 yo) was really excited and entertained during his visit. They truly earned his attention (which is really hard). And as a parent I felt comfortable about what was being done. I knew right away my child was in good hands. Highly recommend.

Ashley the hygienist and Sydney the assistant were so very sweet and helpful(loved them both), they made my visit a real delight. Dr. Do's always great. Had a little hiccup at check-in, but overall my visit was a blessing.

I had bad experience with front desk and doctor for my kid treatment. On 3/8 went for my kid treatment, 5 dental works listed on treatment plan for 3/8 , however treatment done for 4 and amount paid for 5. When questioned informed last time they completed the missing one. Can we believe this? . Doctor treatment is good, no compliance with that. Not happy with front desk behavior.
