Prosper Health & Rehabilitation Center

The staff are very polite, for the most part and always says hello. The residents are all clean and I have heard no complains from any of them. My sister has been there since August 2025 And my niece and I visit every week. The only thing I've seen so far, is they are a little slow at times answering call lights.

I'm seeing improvement in staff attitude and overall operations All except laundry. The why 3 stars. I'm anxious to see improvement in laundry as well They are under new management , which is a very good thing. Things are changing, slowly but at least there is movement. I have high hopes for further improvement

Do not put anyone you care about in this facility. It smells like urine and feces, the rooms are dirty, the food might as well have been something my dog regurgitated and the staff is as slow as molasses. They were negligent with discharge orders and prescriptions.

Back in February, 2025, my husband was discharged from VA hospital after recovering from UTI. He was placed at Prosper for rehabilitation. He was there for two weeks. I had to ask for a call button when he was admitted as one was not provided. Took maintenance quite a while to locate proper call button as equpment is old. In the two weeks, never saw or got a report from a doctor. On their watch, he fell and was transported to Palm Beach Gardens Hospital with a hematoma on his head and two busted elbows. This accident happened at 6AM Monday morning. By Wednesday, by way of USPS, I received a letter from Prosper stating he was discharged because his needs cannot be met in this facility. I called administration to get more answers but was ignored. I previously observed the administrat

If you want your loved one to be treated like a sub human bring them here. Tour it before you agree to come. They actually hurt patients, discard the care required and do everything possible to kick you out when you attempt to get the doctor mandated care. I would add a pic of my father in law in a room next to a “DJ” who is blasting music and the nurse, director etc refuse to stop it. It’s caused my FiL to go backwards on his brain recovery. Horrible place!
