ProScan Imaging at NCH - Naples Southeast

I was so impressed with this Proscan center. The reception desk was outstanding, kind, informative and friendly. I wish i knew their names but it was on Presidents Day in the morning. I was there to get xrays and had anxiety due to pain. The young women Riley who was the XRay tech. was absolutely a consummate professional. She knew I was in discomfort and went out of her way to make me feel good. Shes excellant along with all other staff. I told her that her smile and kindness made my day. Highly recommend, very satisfied.

ProScan did a fantastic job in the service they provided for me. All went on time. The facility was clean and organized. All the people at ProScan were most kind and explained all clearly. It was a great experience for me! So, thank you ProScan!

Recently had to schedule an ultrasound as part of my routine checkup - and called Proscan to make an appointment - I did so without a problem, but don’t remember them telling me that I had to fast, so it was concerning since I had a 2:30 pm appt that I was trying to move up .,. I asked at that time if I needed to fast and they said yes - other than that - and no other earlier appointments being available, the appt was very good - in and out - friendly rep. at the front desk / tech was great … just need them to remind patients about fasting!!

The gentleman that did my scan was amazing! The girl who checked me in was amazing! There was another staff member behind the glass who was disgruntled with her job, it was definitely not fun listening to her complain about her job. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Chuck was wonderful! Explained everything he was doing! Nothing but a good experience from the front desk to the actual text Only downside is trying to make the appointment I tried 3 times with ridiculous wait times
