This is my go to spot every two years to renew my DOT Physical Exam. Dr. John P. makes my visit quick and easy. It’s one of the lowest prices around the area at $80. Must make an appointment. Open Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays. Credit Cards are accepted.

Very friendly people. I did my DOT physical and my pre drug screening. They are quick and professional. I'm not sure the woman's name, but she was great about getting me in without a headache. Staff is amazing and friendly. I highly recommend this place for all your DOT needs.

My husband had a work injury, HR called pros to say they were sending him. Never in that conversation were we told they went on break from 1 to 230. We showed up close to 1 and as we walked in the door, before even being greeted we were told by the girl behind the counter "we're closed until 230, I leave for my break in 2 minutes, there's a sign on the door that says that". I let her know that I can in fact read, but that my husband's job had called ahead and we thought they were expecting us. We were told the doctor wasn't in until 2:30 and she cant help us. Which I totally understand we came at the wrong time, but it was never relayed in the phone call, and she could have been less snotty with how she delivered that information. We did not go back at 2:30.

The absolute worst doctor's visit of my life. Cristy (sp?) was sweet as she took care of me in the beginning. But when she took me into the exam room, she left the door wide open. I had to shut the door before getting undressed. At some point a lady barged in without knocking, handed me a tablet, and said, "fill this out," then left. When the PA came into the room he did not shut the door. He began his exam as I'm sitting on the table in my underwear. Incredibly embarrassing. I had to tell him to shut the door, and he acted surprised. He did not do a complete exam for my physical. When he was done, he took me to a makeshift lab in the hallway and kept me standing there for 15 minutes as he charted, asking questions about my medical history. Worst physicians office ever. The medical assistant with the pimple face is fake and i dislike her customer service. She is very dry, she can not perform blood work and all she talks about is her kids. I think she has a mental issue and does not belong at that office. The business of her kids father should not be the topic of the day. If you can go elsewhere GOOOOOOOOO
