Prompt-MD Urgent Care Center Of Jersey City

I made an appointment to be seen at 8:45 on 2/25. I got two text messages at 8:11am and 8:22am, confirming the appointment and prompting me to complete the online check-in, respectively, which I did. When I presented to the facility at the time of my appointment, the receptionists looked as if they had seen a ghost. They explained that the doctor had not come in because of the snow and would *maybe, but not for sure* be in later that day. The receptionists also claimed that they had sent a text earlier that morning. My two options were to trek to another city or come back later to try my luck. As you can see from the photo attached, I never received the alleged notification text.

Went to this walk-in urgent care facility for severe back pain and spasms. Waiting time was minimal, less than 20 minutes. Front desk staff was warm, courteous, and professional. Check-in procedure was via website in the waiting room.  The staff Nurse who triaged my vitals was also very kind and caring.  The physician assistant who treated me was very knowledgeable and showed empathy for my pain level.  The results from this visit essentially was pain relief and solution reduced the stress level I was experiencing before my visit to the clinic.  I highly and unequivocally recommend this urgent care office to anyone seeking medical help without having to spend hours at a hospital emergency room.

The 2 times I have been there in the evening there was Noone there so they called us in quickly. They are very nice and I feel confident with the care they give. I will be going there for my families urgent health care needs. I suggest you do too. Thanks Promtp MD staff

Waited 1h40m to be seen despite pre registering. If you don’t have availability, don’t show it online. When I was finally seen, doctor’s attitude was pretty lax. I went for a minor issue but the doctor could’ve tried to not appear so disinterested. Would’ve been better for my recovery to just sit at home than waiting here to be seen for 60 seconds

I had my first visit with Dr. Victoria today for my throat issues, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She was incredibly attentive, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and caring way. Her assistant, Armani, was equally kind and welcoming — they made me feel truly comfortable from the moment I arrived. What touched me the most was their honesty and consideration, especially knowing I don’t have health insurance. They were very mindful not to overcharge and only recommended what was necessary.
