My father was here for a few months on the ICU side, as well as the specialized nursing home side. Did a great job on the ICU side! When he was switched over to the specialized nursing home, he had all sorts of issues over there. He kept complaining that the night nurse was not taking care of him and didn't answer his call light for hours! I would report this to superiority and I don't think it was taken care of because he kept complaining about that. He text me one day later in the evening to come up there. When my children and I got up there, he said that his penis hurt a lot and the nurse needed to look at it. Our experience with this rehab center has been extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a supportive, healing environment turned out to be chaotic, disorganized, and, at times, neglectful. Staff often seemed overworked and indifferent, with minimal follow-through on care plans and very little communication with family members. My family member was frequently left without assistance, and important aspects of their recovery — including therapy sessions, hygiene, and medication schedules — were delayed or outright missed. Despite multiple attempts to speak with administration, we received vague responses and empty reassurances, with no real accountability or improvement. My husband is total care following a car accident with a semi. He's not conscious. Following a failed attempt at rehab, he came here in 2023. It's been over a year, and I must say, it's a blessing. The care here is exemplary. For someone in his position, you'd expect a slew of health problems, but they keep him clean and healthy. Outside physicians all comment on how good he looks.

My mother lived here for many years on life support and I whole heartedly believe she was abused and neglected which lead to her death. Do not bring your dog here! Staff is neglectful of their patients and the smell in the building tells what kind of facility this is- Families only bring loved ones here as a last resort. Please choose another facility if you really love your family!

There are always those who make it bad for decent hard working people and in this facility it was a nightmare at times! Hard to believe they always pass inspections well I can tell you why, but the place is not even average and if we would have had a better choice our mother would have never been in this place! The staff at the times made it appear to be the ideal place but on the very first night after seeing a resident hooked up to a colostomy bag from a Friday night to a Monday morning unchanged let me know of the level of neglect that was to come and it was awful!
