This message is being sent on behalf of a physician’s office, not a patient. Promise Pharmacy has demonstrated consistently poor customer service, particularly regarding billing matters. There have been ongoing charges on our account, and attempts to resolve them have been both frustrating and time-consuming. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are met with messages stating that call volume is too high, and even when we are able to contact a manager directly, the issue remains unresolved. This lack of response and accountability is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.

I'm very impressed with the pharmacy and Andrew! I had a prescription get delayed by the carrier and potentially compromised. They replaced it with no issues or hassle on my part. Very professional and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased!

Very responsive and professional. I have received at least 20 compounded Rxs from them without any issue. I can usually reach someone by phone immediately. Anytime that I left a message, they returned it that day. The staff there has been very kind with my excessive questions about dosage, technique of administration, and even double checking my doctor’s order for accuracy. Glad to have them as part of my health team.

Promise received my script, created the order and prepped within two days of receipt. I reached out about the date of shipping and they responded the same day and with accurate information. It is my first time using them but they seem responsive and helpful. My order was received as indicated. My MD is using them for my needs and so far so good.
