Promenade Center for Dentistry

The team is so friendly from reception to all involved in the appointment. My first appointment was fantastic. I felt so at ease and comfortable because they were all so kind and non judgemental. I like being able to watch tv so the focus didn't have to be all on being at the dentist. The office is very modern and clean and overall a lovely environment. I'm glad to have found this office!!

Highly recommend. The staff is so kind and professional. I’m fearful like many people but felt very confident and comfortable.The facility is beautiful and gives a warm welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Tang was down to earth and easy to talk to , great listener and answered all my questions. His assistant Sam was helpful as well . She is also knowledgeable and had no problem answering additional questions. I’ll definitely go back .

I highly recommend Dr. Duc Tang and his incredible friendly staff. Dr. tang is knowledgeable and explain everything to you in understandable terms. He always takes his time to fully go over your dental health, presenting you several options on how to improve your teeth. I have always been scared to go to see a dentist and from the very first dental experience with Dr. Tang I am no longer scared and will never be something stressful again for me. Dr. Trang office is expanding and renovating his office to accommodate the many new and old happy patients like me. I strongly recommend Promenade Center for Dentistry to everyone.

Relocated from Charleston SC to Waxhaw NC in March 2025, and was very fortunate to meet a former employee of Promenade Center at my dentist's office in Charleston. When she heard I was coming to Waxhaw, she was effusive in her praise of Promenade, and gave me their contact info. And I am so glad she did! The care is absolutely superb. Professionally run office, great / friendly admin & scheduling staff, wonderful Dental Hygienists, and their Dentists are the best! This is the FIRST time I exited a Dental Office and the admin staff said "Nope, you don't owe us anything. Your insurance took care of everything!" I don't have a separate dental insurance plan. These folks were able (and willing!) to check my Medicare benefits, and file for coverage with my Health Plan. I've never seen

Everyone at Promenade dentistry was very welcoming and kind. I brought my daughter in for her first visit and Dr Tang and his technicians were so sweet and kind. Very professional and easy to talk to about issues. Dr Tang was very thorough and gentle. What a wonderful experience. I look forward to setting up my own appointment very soon.
