Visiting and the areas were all clean. Lots of activities and opportunities for patients to get involved. The smell of urine was a little strong but that is to be expected. Overall people were nice and assisted me when I asked them questions.

I have found the staff to be helpful when seeking information on my sister’s behalf. Unfortunately, staff does not always follow through with all requests. There seems to be an issue with personal laundry and after 3 weeks of my sister being there, she still has not gotten back the clothes that went to the laundry. I have lost faith that we will ever see the clothing again, some which was brand new.

The staff is amazing and are taking such good care of my 96 year old Mom who has severe dementia and is in a wheelchair. Nurse Tim is the best! It's not an easy job and I appreciate them so much!

Upon our arrival to visit my sister, I was impressed with the new visitor procedure. The environmental was clean and staff encountered were courteous. I was very appreciative of the improvement of my sister's condition and thanked the staff personally. Hope to involved with her upcoming clinical review via 3 way with my nephew, her son.

My wife claims she waited an hour and half to get her wet bed changed. The CNA was watching TV. Also says that there is a man that comes into her room at night on s wheelchair. When she was discharged I was not told what her illness was and she fell 2 days later.
