Progressive Women's Health Care - Beavercreek Health Center

I’m sharing an experience my daughter just had with the Beavercreek location. If it was possible to give zero stars that’s what would have been chosen. Through numerous months of trying to find the best doctor in the area for my daughter, I came upon Dr. Peterson at Progressive Woman’s Healthcare. Believing this doctor would be my daughters doctor for many years when it came to her female health. My daughter’s appt was at 1030 and she arrived 20 minutes prior to that. The office person made themselves known at 1035 to finally ask for insurance info. She didn’t get into a room until 1120. My daughter texted me so I contacted the only number they had on the website which connects to the Centerville office location. I spoke to the office person regarding the length of time of waiting. The after hours exchange you're directed to is TERRIBLE. Whoever I spoke with 01-01-2021 @ 0953 CLEARLY didn't want to be at work. It would be great if the company would review the call or at the VERY least give that man a hug.

I have tried to call this office 5 times on different days to make an appointment. I always called within business hours, avoiding lunch hour, and never once was the phone picked up.

It is a 40 minutes waiting time at least.They need to respect people time and not overbook.It is why I tried to change my doctor.
