Progressive Urgent & Primary Care

I had a really bad experience in this place im a Hispanic woman and doctor Tu-van Tran fired one of the secretaries right in front of me for helping me, he has no experience whatsoever he told me I couldn’t get the exams I was going to PAY for just because “he didn’t want to do them” and “had been angry the whole day” as if that had anything to do with me he kicked me out and said it was his clinic and could decide whether he would or wouldn’t do my exams because that’s how it is in The United States I felt racial discrimination I never screamed nor tried fighting I was talking very calmly and asked what was the reason he was kicking me out and why he fired the secretary for helping me all he did was walk away and left me talking. Undeniably the best urgent care in the area. Dr. Lee and Dr. Tran are thoughtful caring doctors. I always feel heard. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. The entire family has been there at one point or another our family members range from 14 to 65. I have brought my grandson in as early as the age of 3yrs old for breathing issues. We have been treated for anything from pneumonia to needing sutures and X-rays. The office staff is very competent and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about them.

This is a clean and beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and professional. The medical assistants and doctors listen to your concerns and give you the necessary test that are needed. If you need a prescription, it is sent to the pharmacy right a way. I could not be more pleased with this Primary Care when my regular doctors are not available. The best part is that you can walk in and they will see you - you do not need to wait for an appointment! Virginia

This was my first visit to Progressive urgent care. I went to check on a rib injury as a result of a fall on the ice the previous evening. I was impressed by the polite professionalism of the staff, and was grateful for the immediate attention without the long wait. I could have gone to the emergency room at the hospital which is walking distance from my home, but I’m glad I drove a little further and received quality care without the wait at Progressive.
