Progressive Urgent Care

Highly recommend! Super clean and excellent care. I was so worried about being seen because I currently don’t have insurance, but Allie was so helpful in explaining cost ($130 walk-in appointment w/no tests). Dr. Ruth is very kind and I really appreciate how she listened and explained everything. Thankful to have this urgent care office in Sebastopol! Update: Got a follow-up call from Dr. Ruth to see if my antibiotics are working - they are! Super grateful and impressed with the level of care I’ve received and so relieved to be feeling better!

We are new to West County, so our go to urgent cares are still the ones in Santa Rosa and Windsor. We drove around last night trying to find one, but none were accepting walk ins and it was already almost 6:30pm. I called progressive and Ally was so nice and helpful. We arrived at 7 and were taken care of, with a diagnosis and prescription, and out the door by 7:45. Thank you so much!

Under no circumstances should you use these providers. Unless you like having a cure that is way worse than the disease. Total insurance / patient bait and switch: the patient (you) ends up paying more than the posted cash price with insurance also billed. On top of all that, they quoted a 15 min wait time ... 3 hours later I was seen. No more than 10 minutes of visit time. Basically held hostage in exam room for 3 hours. Used the online check in service - waste of time. When I talked to management (LIsa in Modesto), about this she simply didn't care to listen to my complaint and were totally unsympathetic to their multiple performance issues. Avoid this facility if at all possible. The staff and facility are completely unprepared and/or capable of handling even the most basic urgent care needs. I recently cut myself and could not stop the bleeding so went to the new Progressive in Sebastopol. When I arrived the staff could not find any gause or sterile pads to apply to the wound instead offering me a Kleenex tissue from the receptionist desk, to prevent from bleeding on floor. After 15-20 minutes I was greeted by a doctor who stumbled around for another 20 minutes trying to find materials to stitch the wound closed and bandage it up. In the end the doctor apologized and claimed that they were not stocked with bandages and encouraged me to go to another facility for assistance. Later I received a bill for $362 from Progressiv

Wonderful, professional Staff and Dr's. Couldnt walk and my own GP would not help. Went in and got Torodol, Marcaine Trigger point injections and steroid shots. 3 days later I was walking. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone
