Progressive Physical Therapy - West Columbia

I have been experiencing severe pain in my left shoulder. I began PT at Progressive with Jason -& Heather. I followed their instructions and with their guidance & excellent service I am able to do simple things I had previously been unable to do. The front desk staff has really been awesome always able to change my appt or reschedule. I really appreciate the flexibility they allow me to have. I am super happy about my progress. Now, I am heading towards full recovery, pain free. Thanks to Progressive therapy and particulaly Jason & Heather.

Progressive Physical Therapy in West Columbia is wonderful! I have improved so much as a result of the work I have done there. The therapists, Heather and Jase, are experts in their field. They are always pleasant, encouraging, attentive, caring, and clear in their instruction for the therapeutic exercises. Progressive Physical Therapy is well equipped and is located near Lexington Medical Center. Also, the physical therapy that I have recently had with Jase, using Zoom on my computer, has also been fantastic!

Mala was my physical therapist for a broken wrist. I shattered my wrist and Dr. David Lee had to place a plate and 9 screws. After 4 months of therapy with Mala I have 100% healing and flexibility. She is quite amazing and without her encouragement and skill I don’t feel I would have full use. Physical therapy is not easy but Mala had a way of distracting you with her stories and kind words which really helped. I’ve had physical therapy 4 times for other injuries and Mala by far is the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Mala for everything!!!! You’re the best!!! Cindy Spires

Progressive Physical Therapy - West Columbia…I have nothing but great things to say about this place. When I first went there I was trying to recover from a sprain ankle, which was the second sprain on the same ankle in less than a few months apart, however, this time I had a tear. I had worn the boot for six weeks and still in excruciating pain with limited range of motion. Jas (PT) took care in designing my therapy specifically according to the injury of my ankle. He’s kind, patience and professional. Jas made me feel like it was a partnership, I did my therapy there, but he also designed exercises for me to do at home; which made me present and accountable in my recovery. The PT's and staff who work with you are pretty good. I've encountered better, but they could be worse. This company, however, and the front desk staff are incompetent. Multiple visits and they were unable to process payments because they didn't have receipt paper. Then, I pay $100 to make up for past payments and magically their company has no record of that. Fascinating, given I have records within my bank saying I did. When you call their billing hotline, no answer. When you call this location during open hours, no answer. I had to call a different location to get help. Will be filing BBB complaint and filing applicable court documents for small claims if not remedied.
