Dr. Choi is fantastic, super nice and great with my 12 yr old. His braces are doing great a year in, also they were great with their referral when he needed his teeth pulled, and they also did an excellent job. Not sure why the negative reviews, but this is an honest one. They’re good

Dr Choi is an amazing dentist, very personable and very honest. I had been to many other orthodontists and they always had some embellished expensive plan offered to me and he was my 4th opinion and he gave me the best and most appropriate option. I have been seeing him for many years now due to my kids’ treatment and see him as trustworthy as a family member. Even though it’s bit far from me, I don’t mind the extra drive. It’s worth it.

My two children have recently completed their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Choi at Progressive Orthodontics and I am quite pleased with the results. Treatment lasted for approximately a year and a half and in that time, visits were always pleasant, quick and efficiently handled. Debbie, the receptionist is superb!! With such a sweet demeanor, I can't imagine that anyone would have anything negative to say about her. Additionally, Dr. Choi was always personable with my children and explained things to them in a straightforward and respectful manner and treated them like the young adults that they are! My only complaint (and the reason I have given a 4-star rating rather than a 5-star) is due specifically to Dr. Choi's assistant whose name I never learned nor was it ever offered, but I can

I would give 0 if it's an option. They are not trustworthy. My daughter had treatment there. The initial insurance coverage was poor. However, I switched job and as a result, insurance payment was more than three times the original amount. I asked if I could get an updated payment plan. They repeated assured me I didn't need to and I would be refunded in the end. When her treatment was finished, I asked for ledger and refund. They said by law, they couldn't refund me any money insurance paid to them. I called my insurance and they said it's no problem and they don't ever ask for payout back. Even then, the doctor refused to pay me back. Now, my daughter loses the orthodontics benefits because it is paid out to the doctor for any future treatment. These people are swindlers. They randomly charge my account and say it's for past services. The people in the office are very weird. I do not recommend this orthodontist.
