CityMD Raritan Urgent Care - New Jersey

I had a great experience here today! The PA, Samantha Moni was very thorough and ordered several tests and even got me scheduled for a follow up with a specialist right away! I highly recommend going here!

Great service as per usual. BUT I recently went in the other day and the amount of aerosol spay in the whole establishment could set off an asthmatic patient. These fresheners are very unhealthy. Unsure if it was febreze or air wick but it was extremely overwhelming.

The receptionist grace was lovely and super attentive, I came in with trouble breathing and was in a room right away! I cannot for the life of me remember the Drs name but he was also fantastic and has very courteous and has excellent bedside manner. Worked with me financially which was so relieving! Highly recommend them

We have always had a positive experience at CityMD, front staff is professional as well as the nurses, techs, and doctors. Clean facility, easy to check in, everyone is always courteous. BUT...we have had some issues with the billing department (not the office or the facility in Raritan). This is why I am giving 3 stars. Out of nowhere we were charged $300 , sent my insurance company's EOB to show that services were paid for, they were claiming Aetna retracted a payment for worker's comp- which NEVER happened according to Aetna. I have called many times to try and have it cleared up with the billing deparment, I even had the Aetna representative call to help clear things up, Aetna claims they never retract payments and something seems a bit fishy here. Kalli and staff were absolutely amazing. I had to run to get my son, and they told me I could come back after without a problem. Kalli treated me like royalty, with an amazing bedside manner, as well as Edwin, the provider. Kira (spelling?) was also amazing up at the front- going above and beyond to get an urgent ultrasound scheduled for me asap. Best CityMD location in all of NJ!!
