Progression Physical Therapy of Princeton

Words can't fully express the respect for the expertise and results I have received from Progression Therapy and my physical therapist Ro. I recently had a shoulder replacement and for months Ro has help me recover and heal from no mobility to close to 100% over time. When I questioned how to oerform an exercise. I came in and he showed me the proper way. When I had called in with questions he took the time to understand and answer my questions. He used tools to measure progress. Ro' s main objective is to heal his patience not how many hours he has billed. This is quite a statement in the "state of medical care in America" today! Ro went above and beyond with my care!

Love Progression! They have very well trained staff and helped me regain both my confidence and my strength. You will be sure to get a hands-on program and all the staff members are welcoming and friendly! 100% recommended to anyone! I’ve had Pat, Julia, and Ryan, but them including Ro are all great people/physical therapists who are extremely dedicated in what they do and helping others. Nice, comfortable place and I’m glad I found a place that meets all my needs.

Most detailed attention to my problems. All three therapists here are awesome . The staff is so very supportive . I live an active life and hence sustained many injuries over Time. I have tried almost all the therapy places around town. This is by far the best. The equipment is excellent as well. Look forward to my visits here. Thank you all for being so awesome.

This is the place to go for physical therapy. I worked with Ryan Liss and the whole experience was excellent! He was very attentive and knowledgeable and got me to recovery in 2 months after a broken tibia. The facility is incredibly clean and equipment is up to date. All the therapists and staff were kind and friendly. Scheduling was easy. The energy there is awesome!

I think this place is phenomenal. I was lucky to have Dr. Borja (Ro) and Dr. Melao (Julia) work on some misc. issues I had throughout 2025. Julia solved a neck issue I had with her assigned exercise program. And Ro solved and fixed all my issues that I came for - he also resolved one that I thought was more or less permanent, which I am very grateful for. I now believe that having a good physical therapist is a necessity for recovery. The PT therapists are all knowledgeable, dedicated, and supportive. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful. When you walk into the building there are plants and trees everywhere, it's like you're going for a hike in the forest before your appointment. Great atmosphere for healing and getting better.
