Professionalism at it's best! The environment is inviting. People there feel important, included, seen and heard. My daughter LOVES her staff, her peers there and especially the office staff. The owners are the absolute Greatest!

PRC is a Great Company! Not only do I work (p/t) through them but they provide services for my special needs son... The owner & her office staff are an Amazing group of people! They are always available when you have a question or concern and they always have positive energy when you walk into their office! This company has been serving the special needs community (both Consumers & their parents/guardians) for quite some time and to me, they deserve 10 stars!

PRC is a wonderful company! The owner is engaging & supportive & always available to answer questions... As the guardian of a special needs consumer, this place was a breath of fresh air for our family... The staff members have been Amazing to work with! They have treated us with the upmost respect & care... Our family is quite impressed & satisfied with the level of service we've received as Clients/Consumers with PRC... We hope to continue our relationship for years to come!

It is with sincere regret that I feel compelled to write this review regarding the unprofessional and discourteous treatment my client and I are receiving from the staff members and management at Professional Rehabilitation Consultants (PRC) However, Due to the sensitivity of the issues, I am not permitted to explain the terror that these people have caused us. However, you are welcome to reach out to me and I’ll be happy to share with you why no person should be left in the care of this agency.

Don’t understand the bad reviews, but most of the employees who writing bad reviews neglected there duties as caregivers and reprimanded accordingly. PRC follows Allstate and federal laws, rules and protocols .
