Professional Physical Therapy

Several months from February of 2022 to 2024, I received service. Without them, I don't know if I would have made the recovery that I have. Not only is the team professional, but they're also caring. I felt heard during two of the most physically challenging times in my life. My service was well planned and tailored to my needs. Every staff member who provided my physical therapy knew exactly what to do and how to do it in order to ensure my safety. I was met with warm smiles and a friendly hello. Thank you for being a part of my healing process.

From the friendly hellos and welcome from the front desk staff to the session ending discussions and assignments, I was always treated with respect, concern, dignity and compassion. PPT is a well run organization of individuals that feels like family. From making/changing or even canceling appointments, they were eager to help accommodate my schedule. Frederick and Jill formulated a therapy plan to help me recover from knee replacement surgery. They always had alternative plans and treatment modalities or modifications to introduce when necessary- even on the final day as I was being discharged. The entire staff got to know me by name and always offered a friendly word, smile, comment, or compliment. I appreciated the sanitation practices carried out by all staff members and the willingnes

PPT is a family generated office. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a “good morning “. The therapist are all so friendly and caring. They are at the top of what they do. They are always on time and you never have to wait. All the girls are great to work with, they are very caring and great! Fredrick is so great and knowledgeable at his skills. Thanks, PPT

This was hands-down the easiest "medical" type of experience I've ever had. They were able to gather most of my info beforehand, making check-in super easy; I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. I was only dealing with a minor issue, but Frederick took a lot of care and gave me some great suggestions for home care. Great experience - I highly recommend for any PT needs!

Everyone at professional therapy were so nice and helped me so mich!! I love the office people also!! The Therapists Carla, Frederick and Jill are the best!! Would recommend this place to everyone!!
