I switched from Meijer’s a couple of years ago and the pharmacists and staff at Professional Pharmacy have been awesome with my particular situation. They are ALWAYS helpful & non-judgmental and will go above and beyond when needed. They proved that again today for me. This pharmacy lives up to its name PROFESSIONAL and caring!
I was told they have the medication, and they’d hold it for me, and now apparently they don’t have it anymore and can’t get it.
My medicine was on back order at my normal pharmacy.My Doctor called this pharmacy, and they went above and beyond to try to find a prescription for me, they were able to. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up. And I didn't have my insurance card on me. And the system was down to look up the insurance. However, Megan, I believe her name was with so patient with me, with helping me find my insurance card online. They were all very pleasant, they are and had positive attitudes plus the store has so many cool things in there, so many cool things. I would definitely recommend this place.
I'm a rite aid refugee, due to their closing I'm now with professional pharmacy and I'm quite impressed, they are professional, friendly and know their business when discussing anything to do with your prescriptions or concerns
I love this pharmacy and the wonderful ladies that work there. They're higher priced, especially without insurance, but the service is top notch.
