Meijer Pharmacy

This pharmacy and the staff are always amazing and pleasant, no matter how busy. I have never had a bad interaction, maybe some should look at how they are towards the employees. Kudos to the staff!!!

I really wish ratings had zero stars cause this place deserves first place for how horrible they are. I called yesterday to make sure my prenatal vitamins were ready for me ( I am about 4 weeks pregnant) the male pharmacist on the phone said yes and told me the cost I told him I have insurance, can I bring my card and re-bill it through my insurance I told him I will be there soon to get my meds so I drive to the other side of the city (remind you I called before I went) and she told me they got put back on the shelf. I literally called not even an hour ago and when I gave her my insurance she said she couldn’t process it, but family fare and walgreen can? It’s always something with this Meijer Pharmacy. Now I remember why my family stopped getting meds here. It’s ridiculous and let’s not

Don't waste your time here. Even if you call ahead it will never be ready. Make sure you give them a week to prepare your script, then you might be ok.

This meijer here is the closest to my home and I must say tt the ppl working here are either hate their job or hate ppl who look different than them . Customer service here sucks for sure and maybe teach them To smile and if ppl had made a mistake at the check in counter , dont be hush to them . Dont hv to be rude .

My insurance wasnt being used for my prescriptions instead a discount card was (my insurance wasnt primary in their system)... I cant get any money back from this whole year because my insurance only back dates 30 days. Who knows how much money ive lost 😭 Be careful and learn from my loss to always check that they are using your insurance and not some discount card they have on there.
