My granddaughter was born weighing 1pounds 4 ounces in Charlotte, NC with multiple issues. Dr. Kennedy took his time to read her full chart before Lilliana’s first appointment. Dr. Kennedy is very thorough, compassionate, takes time to listen and answer questions, and has the best bedside manner. I also want to mention the office receptionist is wonderful! She knew who we were by name as we stepped into the office which was very impressive. This office is a breath of fresh air making you feel comfortable and at a hometown doctor’s office that knows you by name.

If I could go to a lower star rating I would. I’ve been a patient at this specific office since i was 11 years old, about a decade. Went in to the office today to get paperwork filled out for my university, as my records were not on the florida database. I was met by the rudest, most inhospitable woman to ever grace god’s green earth. She essentially threw my vaccination records at me, telling me there was nothing else that could be done, since i haven’t had a yearly physical with the NEW physician (I had one in January, and it would’ve cost upwards of 200 dollars for another). As someone who works in hospitality, and working towards a degree in hospitality, I could NEVER treat a guest in my place of work the same way I was treated. Called the office on 10/20 to make an appointment and CLEARLY told the receptionist that I needed to have some paperwork filled out for disability. I talked to the new dr, Cindy, who had nowhere near the personality that Dr Kennedy had, explained what was going on with me, and she told me she would fill out the paperwork and fax it in for me. I told her that per the letter, I was not to be charged for filling it out. She left the room then had Beverly call disability, which led to Beverly faxing the paperwork back to disability, then call them again. After sitting here for 45 MINUTES AND $120 LATER, she hands the paperwork back to me and tells me they don’t fill out disability paperwork. Needless to say, I became extremely upset and asked why she didn’t tell me that when I called as I am n

I went there because a neighbor said they cam help refill my mother's prescription and they work with adults. We get there right when they open. Not busy at all and the lady in the front said we had to come in the next day and was quote unpleasant. Would not recommend.

Dr. Kennedy was truly one of a kind. He was so gentle, patient, and wonderful with my children and I, and always took the time to truly listen and address every concern. He wasn’t just a doctor — he was a compassionate, thorough, and attentive provider who made every visit feel personal and reassuring. I trusted him so much I willingly drove over 45 minutes just to keep him as our doctor. It breaks my heart to find out he quietly left the practice without patients being properly informed. It feels disappointing and honestly, a little disrespectful to the families who counted on him. Sadly, I’ll be finding a new provider for my family, but I’ll always be grateful for the care Dr. Kennedy gave us. He will be deeply missed.
