Our annual apt with Dr Valle was excellent. Her staff facilitate the registration, check in, & pre visit testing very well. Dr Valle offers us very personalized care, always reviewing past & current history information, thorough ophthalmological assessment, reviews all findings & discusses an individualized plan of care. In addition she is friendly, kind & takes her time to ensure you feel comfortable & cared for at the visit. We enjoy our annual visits with Dr Valle & her staff.

I had such a great experience at this office! From start to finish, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. What really stood out to me was how much time Kimberly took to truly listen to my concerns. I never once felt rushed or dismissed — something I unfortunately experienced with a previous provider. The doctor was incredibly thorough in their exam, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s such a relief to finally feel heard and cared for. I left feeling confident in my care and so grateful to have found this office. Highly recommend!

My family has been seeing Dr. Valle for over 25 years. Always a pleasure to see her and everyone at the office is terrific. Both my kids went to her also since they were barely 8-10(?) years old. And one still does! Hope she never retires!!!
