In all honesty this school is a game changer when it comes to the many ways they go above and beyond to make sure that you are ready in all aspects as a cna to tackle the challenges ahead of you. This experience provided me with realistic yet flexible ways to understand and maneuver different scenarios that I will encounter during and throughout my career. Miss rejina was the most down to earth and knowledgeable Instructors I have ever had the pleasure of learning from, and Because of instructors like her, this school will always be recommended as my top pick.

This institution truly failed me. I have recently decided to pursue a career in nursing, and my first step in pursuing this was to do a CNA class. I reached out to Professional Career Institute, and they offered a CNA program that worked well with my current schedule. I registered for the class that was intended to start on September 15th. I was asked to come and visit the institution, and in that time I was under the impression that the class was confirmed to start on the date that I had registered for. I paid the first deposit as I was told to do, and heavily prepared for this class to start. To put it plainly, I was so mistaken to put an ounce of my trust in this place. It is October 2nd, and they have changed the date of this class SIX times now! They charged me another $500, that I wa

As a professional nurse myself, this is the most unprofessional institute I have ever dealt with. My daughter was scheduled to attend their Oct 7th class and they changed the class 6 times because of various reasons. and still do not have an established date. However, took her deposit and the first payment that was intended to be taken 1/2 way through the course. $1000 without one day of class. Additionally, they will not refund a dime of her money even though this was their fault. When calling them, there was absolutely no understanding, professionalism, or accountability. I would not recommend this institute for anything unless you want to loose your money.
