Though this review is a little late, I have to share my exceptional experience at this clinic, which truly surpassed all my expectations. My original eye clinic could not schedule me until late March. Unfortunately, that timeline did not work for me, so I researched different eye clinics, which led me to Proctor Vision Clinic. After reading the reviews, I decided to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in at the start of 2026. Let me tell you, the reviews were spot on!!! I have the TINIEST HEAD and they always have such professional, gorgeous frames for me to try on. I no longer just have to settle with bulky, frames that just sit on my face wrong. They have always been so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel so much stronger in my ability to understand my eye health and treatment options after every yearly check up. I'm so grateful for their thoughtful approach to vision care.

The staff was energetic and helpful. It made eye exams and shopping for glasses fun. All the members seemed to have a genuine interest in finding the right glasses for me.

The staff is great! The minute you walk in you feel welcomed. And Dr. Pham is the best! Not only is she easy to talk to but you can tell she really wants to get it just right with your eye care. Highly recommend!
