ProCare Rx

I have some serious doubts about ProCare Pharmacy. I order an item that they fulfill and they are the 3rd party in this matter. Procare Pharmacy does the billing and the distribution. They told me the cost of the item and then when I received the item they had tacked on an extra unknown charge that they didn't explain on the invoice. I called ProCare Customer Service two times. Each time I asked to speak with a Manager or their Billing Department. In each case I was told someone would call me back. They never did. I called the maker of the item and asked them to get involved. I had to provide copies of my invoice and credit card bill and photos of the bar code of the item. It took multiple emails and multiple phone calls to the manufacturer but finally after a week of working part to time

Charged me for a medication that was out of stock. I wouldn’t have even known if I would not have reached out to get a tracking number. Was on hold for 15 minutes and then they just hung up. They still have not refunded the $150 charge!

I have Hyper-Emesis and throw up until the end of my pregnancy. I have been trying to pay this company $90 to send me my prescription since Feb. 23rd. It has been 11 days and my order hasn't even been processed. I have called about 10 times and even had a manager helped me. The order still hasn't been placed. Yuk. Hate this company. Terrible customer service. Every time I call it is about 20-30 minutes out of my day and they have no clue how to move the ball down the field.

These folks are awful. As a former plan administrator and employee client, I have been continously horrified by them. Their lack of communication and miscommunication borders on fraud, and while individual customer service representatives are pleasant the overall culture is defiant and argumentative. They do not learn from mistakes and look for loopholes to avoid servicing accounts. I would advise any business considering using them to administer pharmacy benefits to look elsewhere unless they are willing to dedicate a full-time employees to cope with communication, fallout, and frustration.

Wish I could give zero or negative stars. My order has never arrived. After 4 calls and no resolution I am transferring the prescription.
