This is the least helpful customer service people. All I wanted to do was pay a bill I did not receive - their phone system has no operator or choice for a missing bill - when I finally got someone they explained to me that it was not their job and they don’t know who to talk to - then they explained to me that I was rude I finally gave up - if I ever get a bill I will pay it. In the meantime ……

Procare provides services the skilled nursing home that I live in, they often fail to provide the medication in a timely manner! They make policies that are not consistent with the manufacturer’s guidelines as well they refuse medication that the patients need! They provide the services to the management and not the patient! I feel that they have a responsibility to at least speak to the patient (whose insurance is paying for their operation) and make sure that our needs are met! Again they have no intention to provide quality services! Avoid using this pharmacy!

Called this place and tech support is in India. Be warned scammers in India. I called twice only reason like other reviewer was a fake pop up that was created by scammers. They informed me that hackers had taken over my computer. After explaining the pop up the man transferred me to a woman and asked for my credit card information without scanning my computer. I informed her shouldn't she check my computer before I give her my credit card? Then I asked her for the name of the company pro care. I later informed her that the pop up was a scam and I had already ran a scan on my computer and nothing was wrong with it. Very deceptive tactics in India. This company is trying to charge us for malware that popped up on a computer and locked in while displaying their phone number. We are seeing this same issue with members of the Microsoft Community. Company is trying to defend these charges with Citibank.
