Went to Best Life Hearing center today to have a hearing evaluation by Dr Morgan Ross. She was very thorough and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had about my hearing loss and the new hearing aids that she recommended. I had the ear molds made and ordered the new phonax infinio hearing aids. She was very professional and I highly recommend her!!

They were awesome. I called because my hearing aids was broken. I'm thinking they would have to send it out and I wouldn't have them for Christmas. I recently purchased Phonak Audeo Infinio Spheric hearing aides from the Best Life Hearing Center. On my most recent routine visit Dr Burgess upgraded those headphones from the Spheric level to Ultra by applying a major software upgrade. The upgrade appears to be a meaningful upgrade improvement to the headphones speech clarity and also a speedier transition between listening environments. Dr Burgess during the session also provided Multi-function button access to hearing programs that further improves the functionality of my hearing aides. When leaving the visit I felt like I had a new set of hearing aids with much increased functionality!
