5 Stars! I had the absolute pleasure of getting a massage from Katina at ProBodies Wellness, and let me tell you, it was incredible! My wife surprised me with an early Father’s Day gift, and I couldn’t have been more grateful. Katina has 27 years of experience, and it truly shows. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The massage itself was so relaxing, I actually slipped in and out of sleep a few times, which is always a good sign! I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with much less tension in my muscles. The atmosphere at ProBodies Wellness is peaceful and calming, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Katina to anyone looking for a professional, top-notch massage. Everyone deserves a great massage, and Katina can definitely deliver that!

Katina is a skilled massage therapist. One of the things I appreciate most about Katina is that she is intuitive in understanding the body. Sometimes it's hard to identify verbally what a pain or issue is, but she has a unique ability to find areas of pain/discomfort during the massage. She moves methodically through the body identifying, releasing, and healing tight or stressed muscles. I also appreciate the small details of thoughtfulness Katina integrates into each session- aromatherapy on the headrest (she tailors the scent depending on my needs/current state), heated tabled (she remembers the settings I prefer), and towel over the eyes during the face-up part of the massage. My massage was wonderful! You can tell that Katina truly cares about her clients and making sure that they feel comfortable. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The studio is also super cute and clean! Will definitely be recommending her services to my closest girl friends!
