Proactive Physical Therapy

Walking into Proactive Physical Therapy, I was greeted with a smile from Jen who was very helpful with answers to scheduling and insurance questions. The therapists are very professional and also very welcoming. They made me feel like I was hanging out with friends while doing my therapy. I have and will continue to refer Proactive Physical Therapy to my friends and family.

Wonderful, overall. This go-round, I started with one therapist, who was good. She left the practice about two weeks in and Mike took over my care. It’s elevated my recovery substantially. He took a deeper dive into my symptoms and we are now on a better trajectory to recovery.

Very professional and well run. From Jenn at the front desk to my trainer Mike, this experience has exceeded my expectations. I’m stronger and my confidence is up vs a few months ago. Mike’s style, praise and encouragement go a long way toward producing successful outcomes. I’d recommend Proactive to anyone needing PT.

I have gone to Proactive Therapy several times, before & after both knee replacements, when I started having issues with arthritis of the spine. Every time I was able to regain my strength and range of motion. Mike and his team are great!

I've had bilateral knee replacements as well as a right rotator cuff repair and all three post operative therapies I've requested Proactive Physical Therapy. The staff is warm and encouraging each time I go for therapy. I've requested John to be my therapist each. He is soft spoken and very patient and respectful. The staff are great and can see their patients feel the same as I do. Proactive is a warm and the amount of patients they see during my session makes it feel like your therapist is not interrupted.
