The speakers were not working in my hearing aids. I was taken in the same day I called, Mark reported what the problem was, fixed it, and sent me in my way! He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for better service! Front office is also very nice and very helpful. I had gone for about 3 days with appreciable hearing loss. I was so grateful. So is my husband! 🤗

Ian is very professional with an easy going way about him. I was very comfortable as he walked me through the hearing aid process. Questions were followed by answers. In the end I had very well fitting, tuned hearing aids that rocked my world. Couldn’t be happier!

I’m 44 and have hearing loss caused by childhood eardrum-tubes used in the 1980s that left lasting scarring. I’ve been a patient here for well over a decade, and I’ve consistently been treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. Looking back, I truly wish I had started wearing hearing aids sooner - they’ve made a bigger difference in my life than I ever expected. And then there’s Debbie at the front desk, who deserves her own paragraph (and possibly her own action figure). She is humble, witty, empathetic, and somehow knows the answer to every insurance question before you even finish asking it. She has a calm, reassuring way of making complicated things feel manageable, and she does it all with warmth and humor. If superheroes exist, she’s one of the undercover ones - quietly making

I felt very welcomed upon entering the office from the receptionist. My visit with Erica and Dr. Chi was was professional yet warm,understanding and caring. They told me step by step directions and I not feel rushed and understood what they were saying yet ,comfortable asking questions. Great experience for me!

All of the people at Central Maine Audiology have been pleasant and helpful. Any problems I have encountered have been quickly and efficiently resolved. I am not very tech savvy, but, with the help of the staff, I have learned to use my new hearing aids. Office staff have been understanding and helpful in making the system work.
