Proactive Physical Therapy

After my third pregnancy as I began to get more active running and dancing again I started to have a lot of hip pain and stability issues. Raulan was so knowledgeable and helped me accumulate a set of exercises that helped me eventually be pain free! I never felt overwhelmed with exercises and now I know what to do if I ever start to feel the same pattern of pain again. I recommend anyone experiencing pain to make an appointment with Proactive Physical Therapy!

I had a hip replacement surgery a few months ago . I’ve been going to pro active physical therapy for 4 weeks now. I absolutely love the staff at pro active. This has been such a great place to do the therapy that will get me back on track . The staff here has been great to work with . They push me very appointment to get me back to 100 percent. My health is as important to them just as it is to me . I’m far ahead of schedule & pushing every day to get better. I owe all of my progress to pro active. Raulan is the best! He listened to me, and with his expertise and my commitment to doing the exercises he taught me, I am functioning at the level I was working towards....without any of the pain that was slowing me down when I started physical therapy. Everyone in the office is kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing them all when I get to go in to get inserts when I get new shoes. Oh, and I just finished my 1st half marathon in 9 years and beat my fastest time! Thanks Raulan and everyone in the office!

I am beyond impressed with everyone in this office. They are all friendly and understanding. The office staff are easy to talk to and make scheduling a breeze and payments a breeze. As for Raulan I will say I’ll never go to another PT besides him! I have never felt as good as I do now. My overall health has improved immensely! I sleep better, feel better, and I have less to almost non existent pain. I’ve dealt with constant shoulder and neck pain for 10 plus years of my life and have never found anything that helped. After this program and Raulans help that pain is almost completely gone. I’m truly so thankful for the quality of life I regained by going to Raulan. The drive from Twin Falls to Burley is nothing for the quality of service this office provides.

Proactive Physical Therapy has done more to help me than any one else ever has before. I have have had bad back pain since I was 12 years old, wore a back brace for 4 years straight, and saw numerous doctors. None of them did anything. I then had the opportunity to meet with Raulan and within the first visit, he immediately assessed my underlying problem and set to fixing it. I have, for the first time in 18 years, have been pain free because of Proactive Physical Therapy. They don’t just give you exercises to do. They assess your problem, develop an individual plan, and work for you until you achieve a pain-free life.
