Kwik Meds

All New staff within last 2 years. I was a customer for more than 10 yrs. They only wanted my DOB. Not my name. Not friendly. I felt uncomfortable when they wanted me to call my ins. To get an NDC for them to order an Rx y hey could fill. That is not my job. That is The Pharmacists position to train the pharmacy Tech to call the ins. To call the Ins. To get the product if there is a product they will pay for and and then the pharmacy orders it runs it on the insurance. If it's greater than the the ins. Then the pharmacy can qoue a cash price to the customer. I may know how to do the work but as a customer it's not my job to call the ins. Or do the pharmacy job. So did transfer my meds.

After a week of my old pharmacy failing to provide my meds, Quick Meds got them for same day!

They always go above and beyond ! I am getting ready to move and I tried to get them to become a mail delivery pharmacy because of how awesome they are !
