Pro10 Rehabilitative Massage & Training

Deciding to do online personal training with pro10 rehabilitative massage & training has been such a gift. After talking to David on the phone, my daughter signed me up for virtual training with him. My goal was to gain strength and increase my balance since I started falling in my older age. My doctor recommended physical therapy but I preferred having 1 on 1 attention for a full hour with David as my personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and had a detailed 6 week exercise plan for me that went over how each workout was going to help get me to my goal. My legs feel stronger and he taught me a lot of really good stretches I can do to keep me out of pain. I would recommend him as your personal trainer too!

I am a competitive powerlifter. I have been competing for a year how. I started to prioritize my recovery and wow, what a big difference it made. Specifically, working with David has been incredible. He has a great way of analyzing pain and finding the root cause quickly. He is able to identify and provide relief instantly. His work is unmatched, I have had other massage therapists in the past and they don't stack up compared to David. I have noticed a measurable increase in performance since seeing David. I have even recommended that my wife start seeing David for pain relief. She has been thrilled with the results!

David has an excellent working knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, range of motion, muscle activation etc… I went in for a sports massage which turned out to be his specialty as he’s worked with professional athletes. I work hard in the gym nearly everyday and was suffering from stiffness, soreness and a couple of minor range of motion issues. David worked to focus on the range of motion areas first to get them to release and was successful in doing so. He then moved on to apply deep pressure to smooth out a lot of trouble areas. David gave me homework to work on my trouble areas before we finished up. All in all I felt much better and we got a lot done for a single session. David is a great guy and great at what he does. Go to him once and you won’t go to anyone else!

My mother-in-law (age 66) who was visiting from India experienced severe mobility issue with her shoulder and legs. He was able to relive mobility issues and shoulder pain within a couple of sessions. He worked with her to setup a series of massage and functional workout sessions for her leg. He also worked with her to develop stretches and workouts that she can continue working on after she went back. All through the sessions he actively listened to her concerns and also elaborated on the utility of any given workout. Before working with David, she could hardly manage to keep standing for 15mins, she can now be mobile for about an hour.

I’m a former gymnast with a lot of pain from previous injuries. I also tend to carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I had never had a massage before. Dave made me feel very comfortable. I have noticed a significant difference with Dave’s help. He is very good at finding trigger points and releasing them with instant relief. I also felt very calm and relaxed. I will definitely be going back as often as I can.
