Pro Performance Therapy

I have worked with Pro Performance multiple times now - post meniscectomy and for chronic ankle issues. They are helpful with a range of exercises and also in addressing anything that comes up during treatment. They are also great about working out a maintenance plan once I'm ready to "graduate" from therapy.

Fantastic practice. Came in with a meniscus tear and wanted somewhere that focused on athletes and getting people back to doing their normal activities. Jake was professional and helpful with great exercises that I could do on my own and we already have a marching plan moving forward. Can't recommend this place enough - thank you !

When I first met with Mr Irwin, I was very skeptical about how PT could help my balance problem. I am a believer now. At Pro Performance, it is one on one with the physical therapist. No sharing of patients. Mr Irwin took his time to show me what was causing my problem and explained how each exercise would help in taking care of my balance. I went from walking with the help of people’s arms for assistance to walking on my own. A feeling of independence given back to me. I would recommend Mr Irwin and Pro Performance to everyone.

Went to see Jake after having knee surgery. Since he is a fellow tennis player, I figured he would know what to do to help get me back on the court asap. Very happy with the treatments I received. I also had him work on a rotator cuff issue that I've had for years. I am feeling improvement for the first time since the problem began! Jake is very knowledgeable and very personable. I actually looked forward to my visits. Highly recommend!
